Kinesthetic

Kinesthetic learners need to move and do things to really learn. Their brain connects best with information when their body is involved somehow. They learn by touching, moving, and experiencing things firsthand. Sitting still for a long time can be really hard for them because their body helps them think and learn. It's like their muscles help their memory. When they do something with their hands or body, they remember it much better. These learners might fidget or need to walk around while thinking. Their body movement actually helps their brain work better.
